This Cake Collection Potcake Collar is made of  polyester webbing with a durable quick-release plastic buckle and a heavy-duty zinc alloy D-ring. The collar  is 1” wide and features the Turks and Caicos Flag and Potcake Logo on a beautiful turquoise background. Fits neck sizes 12” and up to 19”, the collar is adjustable to get a custom fit on your Potcake.
